David Kalicka, a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts, specializes in income and estate tax planning for the firm's high net worth clients. His expertise also includes representing clients on audits by the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. In addition, David handles business and tax planning for corporate acquisitions and sales.

David currently serves on the Board of the National Conference for Community and Justice of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts (NJJC) He is also a trustee of the Holyoke Community College Endowment Foundation and on the professional advisory committees of the Baystate Health Foundation and The Community Foundation, as well as a corporator of People's Bank.  David is a former president of Crestview Country Club, Vice President and Treasurer of Jewish Geriatric Services and Temple Beth El and trustee of the Springfield Jewish Endowment Foundation.

David is a former professor of advanced corporate and shareholder taxation in the Masters' program at the University of Hartford, and a past president of the Tax Club of Western Massachusetts. David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) and Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Hartford.

A native and lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, David currently resides in Longmeadow with his wife Janet. Their two children Jeffrey and Abigail are living and working in Manhattan. David enjoys playing golf in his spare time and would like to improve his game from his current handicap of 10.
