Why do you think it's lasted 75 years?

Howard Cheney:

No doubt, the people that work here. Very hard-working folks who are committed to the profession, committed to our clients in Western Mass.

Team effort that the partner group has always worked well together.

We’ve got wonderful clients who continue to support us year after year.

Rudy D'Agostino:

I think it’s the players that we have. The attitude, perseverance and the partners who have created a great environment.

We’re only as good as our staff, and we have the best.

Kristina Houghton:

Putting the important things first: your team and your clients.

James Krupienski:

Remaining independent is important because a lot of the clients we serve are independent themselves. This environment is more like a family and gives us a little more flexibility in how we can help our clients.

It really boils down to the people. There have been a number of great people and because of that our clients want to stay with us. As long as we keep having great people, I can see us remaining independent for a long time.

Kristi Reale:

We have changed just as the world has changed. We were one of the first to be a paperless office – we’ve been paperless for 20 years now. We’ve embraced change, technology, and the differences across generations, and that has really helped us to grow and succeed.
