Making a Difference at Ruth's House: MBK Donation and How You Can Help

Ruth’s House is an assisted living residence for seniors who value their independence but may need assistance with day-to-day living activities.

As we move into summer, they became aware of restocking needs at Ruth House. Kristi and Chelsea organized a massive donation drive, encouraging MBK employees to make donations including:


  • Hand and body lotion
  • Body wash for women and men
  • Aveeno, Nivea and like creams and lotions for skin care
  • Shampoo for men and women.
  • Efferdent for cleaning mouth items
  • Cereve Cream
  • Body wash like Dove or generic brand
  • Bandaids
  • Hair brushes men / women
  • Men's deodorant
  • Women's deodorant
  • Ladies briefs size large (not bikini)
  • Men's briefs size large and xtra large
  • Depends xtra large men / women
  • Depends large men and women
  • Small bag hard candies
  • Gift cards to CVS, Dollar Store in East Longmeadow and Big Y- as the residents go weekly for shopping trips.



Last week, the team dropped off a heaping donation to Ruth's House and looks forward to continuing to support the organization in the future. Congrats to Chelsea, Kristi and the team at MBK for a successful supply drive. If you would like to give to Ruth's House, visit their website.
