Together Students Succeed, MBK Partners with United Way of Pioneer Valley

August 4, 2026

United Way of Pioneer Valley (UWPV) once again rallied their local partners, including Meyers Brothers Kalicka, P.C. (MBK), to gather school supplies for their 14th annual “Stuff the Bus” campaign. The annual campaign supported students in need by helping ensure they began the school year with backpacks filled with supplies, encouraging greater confidence, readiness, and a sense of belonging. UWPV’s team works with every public school district across Hampden County, South Hadley, and Granby.

For the fifth year, MBK’s staff contributed a table full of items including notebooks, folders, filler paper, erasers, sharpeners, composition books, index cards, pencils, highlighters, crayons, markers, binders, rulers, notecards, erasers, and colored pencils. While some items were directly contributed by our staff, Chris Soderberg was able to purchase approximately another 375 items at Staples and Target on behalf of the staff from a cash collection of $500 to help ensure UWPV’s priority items were in good supply.

Chris delivered the collected school supplies to UWPV on behalf of MBK. The UWPV team expressed their sincere gratitude for the donation, recognizing the significant impact it would have on students' lives as they embark on a new school year.
