Howard Cheney:

I’ve always felt that our firm is really the strength of the people here. It’s a great collaborative effort. People work really well together, we’ve got a lot of smart people who work hard. From the top down and the bottom up – everybody works as a team.

Rudy D'Agostino: 

It’s the individuals at MBK and the whole service philosophy. It’s almost as if every one of our clients is a friend, a colleague and a family member.

Also, with our staff – we emphasize quality of life as well as service. That gives us longevity with our clients because the staff is able to work with the same client for years and years.

We allow our staff to have flexible hours so that their families and family events come first. It makes them enthused about coming to work here. We really push our people to prioritize their quality of life. So if someone says to me “Hey Rudy, on Thursday I’m coaching” then I say to go coach. Don’t miss that. 

Kristina Houghton:

We believe here that it’s family first. So all of our employees know that we have no problem with them putting family first. That we bring to our clients too. Our clients think of us as family and I think it’s just that whole feeling. The clients, feel it. the employees feel it. And it really makes us different – we care about every member of our team and every client – like family. 

James Krupienski:

The people that we have working here. A number of folks as long as I’ve been here have been here longer than me. They really care about the firm, care about the clients. Some of them have been working with certain clients for 20 years – so they really get to know them, get invested and really know what they’re all about.

Kristi Reale:

The people. We strive, and working very hard, and are very proud of the service and quality of work that we do for our clients. We really try to partner with them and over the years we’ve emphasized that and our clients really appreciate that. 

David Kalicka:

I think that by being the size we are, we are able to invest in the necessary resources and attract better talent to serve our clients.
