Bringing over 30 years of experience in tax practice, controversy and education, Mary offers deep expertise in technical training as she joins MBK.

Walsh holds an MS in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University, an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a JD from University of Connecticut School of Law, and a B.A. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a CPA licensed in Florida and an attorney licensed in Massachusetts. She has experience in public accounting, private industry and academia. She also has government experience having been an IRS Appeals Officer and Technical Guidance Coordinator. She is a member of CPAmerica and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
