Prior to MBK, Edmund worked for five years in the corporate taxation department for a Boston-based firm. Edmund’s approach is rooted in a genuine dedication to service.

Edmund received his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts. He is also a member of CPAmerica and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Edmund is committed to continuous growth as an accountant to better support his team and clients.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in tax practice, controversy and education, Mary offers deep expertise in technical training as she joins MBK.

I provide informed, timely advice and deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique concerns, challenges, and long-term goals. As an advocate, I prioritize responsiveness, clear communication, and a proactive approach, guaranteeing clients feel supported and confident in tax and business decisions,” said Walsh.  

Walsh holds an MS in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University, an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a JD from University of Connecticut School of Law, and a B.A. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a CPA licensed in Florida and an attorney licensed in Massachusetts. She has experience in public accounting, private industry and academia.  She also has government experience having been an IRS Appeals Officer and Technical Guidance Coordinator.  She is a member of CPAmerica and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
