On August 14, 2026, team leaders Carolyn Bourgoin and Fran Murphy, organized a group of professionals from MBK to assist the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
Uncertainty about government funding, rising costs, and other economic factors can make budgeting difficult. But nonprofits that use scenario planning as part of the process can increase their odds of making the right decisions and responding quickly to shifting conditions.
