Howard has been practicing public accounting since 1987. In addition to his expertise in audit, assurance, tax and succession planning; Howard also plays a significant role in talent development and succession planning. As the Partner responsible for recruitment, he diligently maintains a robust pipeline from internships to partnership levels and plays a key role in retention efforts. His approach to work combines a robust work ethic, extensive managerial experience in the firm's largest division, and a keen interest in client businesses. A good listener with an unerringly calm demeanor, Howard makes clients’ concerns his own and works in partnership with them to address issues that are broader than simple debits and credits.
